WELCOME

Senator Scott T. Rupp, Republican, was elected to his final term as State Senator of Missouri’s 2nd District in November, with an overwhelming 72% of the public vote. Sen. Rupp has a proven track record of fighting for the conservative values of Missourians through his fiscal conservatism and government accountability.

Several of his bills have made national headlines, including his bills which outlawed cyber-stalking, outlawed hiring of illegal immigrants and insurance coverage for children affected by Autism. Senator Rupp has outlined more of his priorities, click here to read them.

Senator Rupp congratulated all the new officers of the Lincoln County Republican Club for their willingness to get involved and make a difference for conservative values, and stepping up to the challenges of their offices.

As we look back over the last few years, we have a lot to be proud of. We have increased protections for the unborn, protected taxpayers, made government more accountable to YOU, and protected individual freedoms. Our new immigration laws have gained national attention and have positioned our state as a leader on combatting illegal immigration, and our efforts to reform Missouri’s cyberstalking laws have provided greater protections for Missouri’s children. As we look forward, Protecting Life, Protecting Taxpayers, and Job Creation will continue to be my top priorities as your representative in Jefferson City. I will continue to be fiscally conservative with your tax dollars by passing balanced budgets without raising your taxes and by reforming and restructuring state government to make it smaller and more efficient. And I will build on my successes in advancing economic development legislation in order to bring new companies and new jobs to Missouri to assist in our state’s economic recovery.
